This included rewiring the garage and new extension to allow for further work to be completed for a new kitchen at a later date. Russell and his electrician Andrew soon identified a potential problem with a new water heater that was to be installed in the new downstairs cloak room. It was intended by me, just to be linked into the ring main of the house, but Russell and Andrew identified that it needed its own supply to avoid overloading the system, this caused some minor disruption to the intended installation but it is now all done correctly and to regulation.
My brief to Russell was simple, lights here, switches here, fans here. Russell assisted in choosing the lights and we were very pleased with the result. Due to the nature of the work and the fact that some of us don’t know what we always want, the job cannot be fully quoted at the start so Russell provided a complete invoice for the work, breaking down all the material costs and Labour charges which I was very pleased with.
